House Support

Once relocated, your property will then be supported in either the traditional method of supporting a building with the house lifting sty blocks and steel beams placed directly beneath the building, this option if often used when the access around the perimeter of the building is limited.  The other method we provide is by way of free spanning the entire building which enables the building to be supported on a raft of steel beams and house lifting sty blocks which are placed on the outside perimeter of the building.  The advantage of using this system means that you can work unencumbered beneath the building, it is the preferred method when laying a rib raft floor, otherwise known as a waffle slab.  We have found most builders prefer to utilise both systems, because once the floor slab has been poured supporting free span beam can be reconfigured to allow supporting stacks to then be placed inside the perimeter of the building which enables the perimeter wall to be constructed unencumbered as the house lifting sty blocks can then be moved directly underneath the dwelling to enable you to erect the external walls without the house lifting gear causing any obstruction.
